Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (domestic and international).
  • Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, trade platforms, and cold calling.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects regularly.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, suppliers, and trading partners.
  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate products.
  • Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies for product promotion.
  • Manage listings on B2B portals (e.g., Alibaba, Indiamart, Tradekey, etc.).
  • Work with design/content team (if available) to create brochures, emails, and promotional content.

Product & Market Research

  • Research market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Identify new products or sourcing opportunities for expansion.
  • Recommend pricing strategies based on market insights.

Order & Documentation Support

  • Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and logistics.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic trade documentation.
  • Maintain proper records of all sales activities.

Reporting & Feedback

  • Maintain CRM or Excel sheets to track leads and conversions.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to the management.
  • Share market feedback and suggestions for improvement.
