Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (domestic and international).
- Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, trade platforms, and cold calling.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects regularly.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, suppliers, and trading partners.
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate products.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in developing marketing strategies for product promotion.
- Manage listings on B2B portals (e.g., Alibaba, Indiamart, Tradekey, etc.).
- Work with design/content team (if available) to create brochures, emails, and promotional content.
Product & Market Research
- Research market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Identify new products or sourcing opportunities for expansion.
- Recommend pricing strategies based on market insights.
Order & Documentation Support
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and logistics.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic trade documentation.
- Maintain proper records of all sales activities.
Reporting & Feedback
- Maintain CRM or Excel sheets to track leads and conversions.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to the management.
- Share market feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
